Yes, we clean HMOs and student properties. Pricing follows the same bedroom-based structure, with additional bathrooms or communal areas charged accordingly. Short-notice turnarounds available where possible.
Oven cleaning is an optional add-on. Single ovens are charged at £45, double ovens £75, and range / 90cm+ ovens from £95 depending on size. You can select this during booking.
We specialise in end-of-tenancy and vacant property cleans. If carpet cleaning or additional specialist services are required, these can be arranged separately on request.
Yes. Our team arrives with all equipment and professional cleaning products.
We clean to a high end-of-tenancy standard. If any areas are flagged during the check-out report, we’ll return once to address them.
We take a 50% deposit for direct bookings to secure the date. Letting agents can apply for account terms, with invoices issued after completion.
Only if the property is significantly worse than standard condition (e.g. heavy neglect or renovation dust). We’ll confirm before proceeding.
